This new four-bedroom, two-bathroom dream home will be auctioned once complete, with 100% of the funds raised through its sale going directly to Cottage by the Sea to support children in need.
Cottage by the Sea is on a mission to enhance the lives of young people by providing inspirational and fun opportunities through its tailored holiday camp programs for children in need.
With four coastal locations around Geelong and The Bellarine Peninsula, Cottage by the Sea has 51 camps booked already for 2021, supporting up to 40 children, young people and their families per camp.
Funds raised through the auction of the Boutique home will be used by Cottage by the Sea to expand its much-loved Riptide building, which holds school camps, free respite holidays for families, and recently supported the local community in the preparation of 15,000 meals that were delivered to those in need during COVID-19.
The expansion of Riptide will transform the space for students and families for years to come, allowing Cottage by the Sea to continue to provide positive, long-lasting benefits to children who attend the camps, helping them improve their physical and emotional wellbeing.
The Barcelona by Boutique Homes will be effortlessly bright and welcoming, with huge windows and expansive living areas for plenty of natural light. Featuring the new Flinders façade, it will have a raked ceiling in the living area to showcase sweeping, picturesque views of The Point’s waterways for future homeowners.
