Sustainability Commitment

With a carefully designed masterplan, The Point is focused on protecting the local environment, using resources responsibly and reducing its ecological footprint.

To put it simply, the Point not only protects but enhances natural ecosystems and the coastal and marine landscapes. The community doesn’t encroach any section of undeveloped coastline. Native flora and fauna are protected by avoiding development in areas with signification native vegetation. And that’s just the beginning.

The EnviroDevelopment is Victoria’s highest environmental accreditation, empowering you to make informed assessments about the sustainability of a project. The award is a scientifically-based rating system that involves an independent assessment across six areas of sustainability: water, ecosystems, community, waste, materials and energy.

Our dedication to sustainable development and environmental conservation has resulted in The Point being awarded this honour in all six areas.
